Goddamn, I'm hammered.

That being said, I don't feel all upset like I did the past couple of years in preseason where we didn't look like a professional football team.

I'm getting there though I didn't have a case finished by what.. 4pm?

that being said, having been more analytical than ever.. and having to send out updates.. I'm probably more bothered than ever

I was WORKING on finishing a case.

Why so bothered? People are acting like their beat our ass... No way. Our starters truly owned them.

True enough, but I keep reading how the Ravens "beat us on both sides of the ball". Maybe they beat our second and third string, but overall I was happy with the starters effort. Basically all I learned from this game was that our starters on both offense and defense are going to be fine and that I'm hoping we don't have to put in more than 3 backup offensive linemen at a time.

The Ravens also totally acted like they had an actual game-plan.

It's pretty one sided tonight, but not catastrophically so....
The Ravens just outplayed us pretty much everywhere.
BUT on the bright side, we have the opportunity to improve more than than most teams as we have all new systems and many new guys to acclimate.

How so? Their starters absolutely did not. They had almost no pass rush even though they obviously had a game plan and kind of seemed like they "cared" enough to win. I'm not worried.

PROUD for you....
BUT as I stated, not catastrophic, but yes we were generally outplayed....hence the 10 point differential of starters on starters with RAY and some others sidelined? The D was better than the O but we had many drops and McNabb failed on several bad thro. O-line did not make it, but not.....horrible. TOOO MANY blitzes came untouched. Not enough run blocking...etc
