Anyone who says JC should not be blamed, watch the first play again, completely under threw Kelly with what should have been a TD, then to throw the ball 100 mph at deven thomas when he is 8 yards away from you. Then to have portis throw the ball on 3 and goal PORTIS seriously they wre already dissrespecting our running game in the redzone so why would they buy a half back pass? And then for zorn to tell Sonny that is Sonnay had called an audible or a timeout if it were Sonny in the game Zorn would bench him WTF! Zorn is a moron anyone who thinks he is anything more than a half assed qb coach is out of their mind. Hopefully this franchise will turn around one of these days but until the real and NUMBER ONE problem this team is losing DAN SNYDER is gone we are destined to stay in the bottom of the leauge for years to come.

I now have a big beef with Zorn:

"Third down, I'm the quarterback, and you call the halfback throwing the ball for me, I'm calling timeout or calling an audible," Jurgensen said. "I'm not letting the halfback throw it. That's what you pay me for."

"Well then, I would have to take you out of the game," Zorn countered. "As soon as you called timeout, I'd say what's wrong with my play, because...."

"No, but I called it to work. Alright?" Zorn said. "We called it to work. It didn't work. There were a lot of plays out there that didn't work. And I'd take you out of the game. Sorry, Sonny."

Zorn either has no confidence in Campbell inside the 20, or his ego is too damn big as a former QB to let his own QB call the shots.

So that answer a big question: Does Campbell have the chance to audible out of a play inside the red zone? Nope...

I thought of that the other day. Why not try for the endzone when you get in field goal range. That was if you miss your target you atleast are still in field goal range. We have too many field goals in the redzone. So I would feel more comfortable taking those shots in the endzone. I just dont get the playcalling.

hey DMV, just wanted to say props to Marcus. I am being honest. He worked at it and worked at it, and he got in for 3 plays, plus ST I assume. Not stellar, but he showed he could step up and play. I know you supported him throughout, so props to your guy!

Man I just love my team and I want them to use players that aren't worn down or have nothing to offer. Something new. If we keep doing the same thing we keep getting the same results.

Betts is good on screen passes that's it. When he runs the ball he pisses me off. Sayign that the O-line is not opening holes. But he can't even hradly get a 2 yard gain. So are we keeping him jsut for the screen pass. I am so mind boggled by the decision by the team when it comes to using its personel. But I will put money on it that Mason will be playing more. Why because Betts produces nothing as far as rushing the ball. So when you take Portis out for a spell what do you do?

As far as all this JC bashing its getting ridicuous. He played decent but he can't throw and catch the ball. Neither does he call the plays. I just think ZORN is a as stubborn as a mule. Like my grandma used to say, "Someone can be so smat tht they are stupid". Meaning they overthink things to the point where they make stupid decisions.

Zorn keeps saying teams are taking Moss out of the game so why not put Moss in the slot once in a while. We could put Thomas and Kelly on the outside and get Moss the ball in the slot. Moss is really good on YAC. Also maybe if we take more shots down the field we will connect on some of the throws. 1 deep shot a game won't get it done.

My thought exactly. If moving ARE to the slot created mismatches then moving Moss there could also be even more advantageous in some cases.
