That's right. Both 6-10, same strength of schedule and Dallas is 3-3 Redskins 2-4.

We'll have a stronger SoS if the Rams win, though. Go Seahawks!

Maybe that will also cause them to re-consider the stupid seeding process. You should NOT get a home game on the merit of being in the most awful division (possibly in modern NFL history).

Edit: This says we're behind Dallas because of SoS. Maybe I'll recount wins.

Re: 2011 NFL Draft

I know its probably been answered, but how does Dallas pick ahead of us if they are ahead of us in the division? Makes no sense, we have the same SoS.

Just re-calculated, the link I posted above is correct (I had the saints at 12-4 for some reason).

SoS is the first tiebreaker. Dallas will be picking above us.

We're 10th if the Seahawks win
We're 11th if the Rams Win
We're 10th if it's a tie.

All because of 1 stupid point.

Re: 2011 NFL Draft

This would seem to indicate that we pick 8th but I don't know how it relates to the exact order of the draft.

Re: 2011 NFL Draft

It's official we get the 10th pick of the draft, what pisses me off is that the Cowboys pick before us despite them having a better division record.

No big deal. If anything they're among the teams I didn't mind picking before us, seeing as how both teams have very different needs.

I've heard Quinn is a stud.. I'd really like to get Pouncey that would make our OL pretty damn good

What's the formula for tie breakers as it relates to the draft?

Hes not the 10th selection overall...he not a bad player. He didnt play this year, he was suspended. Its hard to improve your game when your knowingly commiting rules infractions and being suspended. Second round, maybe
