I agree with everything here but i would add on to you last thought. Like the Patriots i would also focus on adjusting your schemes to fit player talent, something that Belichick is great at. If you have more 4-3 guys then run more 4-3 plays.

As has already pointed out, his initial comment when he signed here should have given off the aura that he was going to be a good character guy. Instead, we get a promise-breaking loser with a criminal record to boot.
