A while back when D-hall came up to stuff the RB in the flat, they showed a replacy of Kerrigan hung up in some sort of choke hold by the o-lineman, how that is not a penalty every time is beyond me. He is going to have to work on his technique to some how break loose from that becaue the refs sure as heck are not going to call it.
