To this point I was surprised to hear Carriker say he's looking to add 15 lbs (to get to 315).

I dunno then since weight training and the like is something I'm completely clueless on. Maybe his body has the frame to accomodate a few more pounds of muscle.

Then Ah should shut his damn mouth and play DE. He just needs to drop about 30lbs. Hopefully he has been working out. What if this fatass shows up to camp out of shape?

Chargers would take a second-round pick for Merriman
Merriman is apparently available. what do you guys think? just a thought but merriman and RaK coming off the edges is pretty scary.

Re: 2010 NFL Off-Season Rumors and Reports (Week 8)
your right. I was fired up last night, the dude hasn't said anything publicly. I just want him to show up and play. He is a beast, and I am a fan of him on the field, but off it for the highest paid guy on the team I would expect some kind of leadership out of him.
I still ask the question though, what if he has been telling the guys all along that he is trainging with his guys, but then shows up winded constantly and out of shape?

I'm not concerned about him not being here but if he does show up out of shape and not true to his word then I'd sit his butt on the bench like Arrington had to until he wanted to get with the program or he could buy himself out. |

Redskins Insider - Edwin Williams slims down to compete for Redskins o-line spot
Edwin Williams has lost 20 pounds and is working hard to compete for role, possibly starting center. We would have 3 Williams starting on the line.

I think his chances of unseating Rabach would be very slim. He's going to be in a serious battle just to make the roster.

Rabach will be the starting center. I agree with Matty, Ed Williams isn't a lock to make the roster.
