Re: Now What??
Also what are you going to gain from canning Zorn for say Blache or Bugel? THose guys are not HC material at all. Blache sucks period and if Bugel wanted it or was HC material don't you think he would have been a HC already? Keep Zorn in there, try to salvage something and can his ass the day after the last game. To me it doesn't matter anymore who the HC, as long as Cerrato is there and there is no GM, the club is doomed to mediocrity.

If Cerrato is still our player personnel manager then none of the changes we make will make a difference. What's unfortunate is that your common Redskin fan, from a PR standpoint, will accept a head coaching change and think all is well.

Ruh went back to the 21 banner... thats when all of our problems began. That dude affected the future of this franchise more than we can comrpehend. It changed everything.

Re: Now What??
could we sign Derrick Brooks to wlb and move Rocky to slb? then we could sign Marvin Harrison. Then we could sign Levi Jones. That I think would get us to the promise land. We can do all that tonight, fire up Redskin one danny and fix this thing.
LOL Do you think that kind of crazy shit would go through DS mind? Or is he just like well I'll fix it next year with some free agents because thats all we need. Just a few guys here or there. No need to fix the fact that the FO and the coaches are truly out classed by pretty much the entire NFL.

Hey my brothers and Sisters IN Redskins Nation, my bad on that long post...I got carried away there, but rookie mistake!!! lol...Thanks for the love and for barring with me. Keep it sweet and short this time.
Do you think giving Collins a shot sound like a bad move now? The guy might be the best kept secret in the NFL..Look what he did for us in 07! I still got hope! The season is not over BABY!!!

Re: Now What??
On the field leadership for the offense does seem to be a problem. You can't discount having a guy that knows how to make sure everybody is on the same page. We have no offensive leader. The defense has Fletcher and to a lesser degree Doughty but I'm not seeing Campbell doing anything special to help the offense focus. Even when the Redskins should have been in obvious hurry-up at the end of the game, Campbell wasn't, for lack of a better word, behaving like a leader needs to be. He was cool and calm to be sure but that presence wasn't rubbing off on his players.
I don't know, I think statistically the argument for Campbell as a starter is strong but there are intangibles that can't be adequately measured that are just as important.

Well I will try to keep in mind it is only week 3....... I hope my feeling is wrong, and we can get this thing turned around. It's always harder on a gameday after a loss to a team you should have beat. Tomorrow is a new day. And on that note...well this day is ending.
