Lions fear that Stafford will miss as little as 2-3 weeks, as many as 4-6 weeks | ProFootballTalk.com

Yeah Lions got hosed bigtime also with that non TD TD catch by Calvin Johnson. I guess you now have to hold on to the damn ball till you give it back to the ref. Sorry guys, but if more stuff like that happens this season I know the NFL is a rigged game.

Still watching the Eagles game and have to say MV looks as good as I have seen him play. The Eagles have allowed 3 kick returns for over 40 yards. Firstdown GB with 5:15 left.

Re: NFL regular season thread (week 1)

This is interesting having Vick come in and play this well. Will Kevin get this job back?

Re: NFL regular season thread (week 1)

I agree, that certainly seemed as though CJ had that touchdown catch.

Yeah he looked good.

I knew he'd take over at some point in the season, but I didn't expect the "upgrade from McNabb to Kolb" experiment to go down in flames in the first game.

The Eagles were going to end up kicking themselves sometime this year...but week 1?

Love it.
