Wonder who the hell Palmer was throwing to? Reminds me of that INT in the Steelers/Cowboys Super Bowl game when Neil O'Donnell just tossed it to Larry Brown with nobody near by.

Jason Campbell on the field baby! I think he threw two pick 6's last week. Lets see if he can top that.

It'd almost be fair, given the Rams RG3 trade, to give a little back to us. No one trades for players that look bad - to get a good draft pick we have to give up something that's relatively good. Cousins played well in preseason, against backups, and may be a good QB -- but right now I'd take the 2nd round pick for next year than a good backup QB. Sure, RG3 isn't playing well, and we know he can get hurt. Colt will do just fine to back him up with less controversy. Next year we'd have three picks in the top 60, and if we draft as well as this year seems to be, we'd have three starters. Maybe O-line, safety/secondary.. |

Re: Around the League...Training Camp Style!
Yea let's trade a QB who has looked the best in preseason and be left with a QB who had the worst QBR last year and has looked just as bad this preseason.
Nice catch John Brown, he just "raided" the Bengal secondary.

Re: Around the League...Training Camp Style!
He was fragile in college too with a shoulder injury. Bradford was the last #1 overall pick before the rookie salary cap, so don't feel too sad for him. His guaranteed money was on par with the signing bonus paid to Eli Manning after he won his first Super Bowl!

Re: Around the League...Training Camp Style!
KC was 0-3 last year, and pretty poorly rated as well. If we used his good preseason along with Bradford's injury to garner a 2nd next year that seems like a no brainer. This franchise is going to go as far as Griffin takes them, for good or bad. Having KC do well in the preseaon presents us with a possible opportunity. Having KC on the roster during the season gives us a mediocre backup to whatever griffin turns into, and possibly yet another Skins qb controversy(yeah we love them) and/or challenge for a first year coach who got Andy Dalton to the playoffs multiple years.

Re: Around the League...Training Camp Style!
KC is not the answer. mccoy isn't really any worse than him, so if you can get a 2nd, take it (because it's clearly above his actual value). otherwise, you keep him.

Re: Around the League...Training Camp Style!
It's funny how Big Ben and Sam Bradford are the QBs who stay hurt the most. They are pocket Qbs.

Big Ben gets nicked up but he usually stays on the field. Bradford is made of glass apparently. |

Re: Around the League...Training Camp Style!
I wouldn't call Big Ben a pocket QB. He's not a running QB, but he is pretty mobile and makes a lot of play outside the pocket.

Ballsy sending your 5 x all-pro guard (07,10,11,12,13) off in a trade. Can't be good for Tom Brady.
