I agree. I'd go with whoever was cheaper out of him and Randle-El.

He is fast but he ain't worth the pretty penny he'll demand. Anyone that bitches about not getting enough passes thrown his way is trouble, trouble, trouble!

good point about Cooley but you need someone who lines up in the outside if not you become 1 dimmensional tell me 1 team that's been successful (in todays NFL don't quote redskins teams of the last gibbs era) with 2 smaller, fast guys?

I can't really think of 1

Stoval is the real deal. I really think he is a nice pick.... if we can still get him

I think its a better idea than Randle El. The fact that Wilbon mentioned him is worrisome to me because I know he talks privately with Gibbs. How many WR passes can you throw in a season? I think we need experience and hands more than anything. I want a receiver that can run a basic slant and hold on after he gets sandwiched by two defenders. I want a guy that can run a simple out, secure the ball and tap two feet. It would help if he could crack on the DE off of motion as well. I really think they should look at Keyshawn.

I'd take bryant. I think he has a bone to pick with the cowboys, and I like that in my skins players

Re: Free Agent WR's Rated

The price for Robinson just went up. I just heard on NFL Network that the Vikings put a clause in his 1 year contract that they have the right to match any offer he receives and keep him in Minnesota. That means you will have to offer him more than you think MIN is willing to match.

Re: Free Agent WR's Rated

Anyone else worth rating?

We got Rabach before anyone here knew about him. He was the 11th ranked Offensive Guard. Not even rated as a C in FA last year!

Any FAs lower on the Radar? Come on! I know you guys know!

Re: Free Agent WR's Rated

I agree with several of the earlier posts...Get Randal if he's not to expensive, but i see him going to Chicago for GOOD money....then look at Patten or Robinson...I think the Pats will resign Patten though and Robinson will follow Tice out of Minn. showing loyalty to him because he gave him a chance...leaving us with Curtis or JJ...I love JJ, but he's to old, and he doesn't want to leave Seatle...We go for Curtis and if he doesn't sign then go after Bryant...and if Stovall falls to us in the 2nd round, we need to jump all over him even if we do sign a FA WR...we need depth, look what happened this year when Patten got hurt.

Re: Free Agent WR's Rated

character pretty much kills AB or KJ ever coming here. Stovall is probably the surest of the super tall receivers in the draft, but he also might be the slowest... I'd much rather get a DE and WR in FA and use the draft for best available at any need, instead of best (of a REALLY badcorp of) WR. I don't like lowering the incoming draft talent to desperately address a need a rookie probably won't even be able to fill for another year.

Actaully people like me and matty said we'd be happy last year if Free agency opened and rabach was the only guy we brought in... cause raymer was really that bad. and he was rated as the best center prospect in FA in many local stories before we signed him as well.

The 2004-2005 FA list that I saw, failed to include Rabach at C, but some of us had heard about him before FA opened up.

70Chip i agree with you that's what I had been saying you lack a wr that goes to the middle wit hgreat hand and no fear of the hit someone like Keyshawn but no way you're going to get him maybe in 2 years when he has nothing left in the thank you know how Snyder loves to sign lost causes.

But he isn't leving the cowboys and we aren't signing TO if that your answer all the talk recently about the cowboys and TO has stop it was just media buzz to write something.

we need a younger wr and we might go for someone in the second or thir round of the draft but no way we drop Glenn or KJ they did a great job this bast year with better o line help that gives Bledsoe more time and a fresh pair of legs this wr corps will look good.

the ravens made no secret they were letting him go weeks before FA started. Espn mentioned him too at least 2-3 times as well. He wasn't unknown.
