Whenever someone asks me what form they need, I tell them to fill out an ID10T form.

95% for me, stupid mistake for me. I agree with one of the previous comments that it doesn't come straight back to memory, I had to think for a bit. I think the majority of the people in this country would really screw up on this test. BTW its sad an indian is getting a higher score than most of you all...lol
