Re: Skins - Ravens Scrimmage at Fedex

I went, it was hot, a bit slow, but had its high points on and off the field. Read my post in this other thread.

http://www.thewarpath.net/redskins-l...skins-com.html

"I dont know if this is the correct thread to discuss the scrimage, but guys Cambell looked really bad. Like all his passes fell really short, and Brunell looked much better. Collins always when with the 3 yard outs, so he wasnt doing to well either. ST was on fire, and he was destroying people including Mike Anderson. In general though, our offense did not look good at all, and defense looked really good.

On a side note I was right under where Larry Michael was broadcasting the scrimage by the 50 yard line on the Skins side. A fight broke out right in front of us, and people were punching and the cops had to come in, it was crazy did anyone else see that? As I was leaving I saw some thuggish guy in the face of a cop talkin shit, saying "take me to jail", and another guy was getting arrested. Pretty crazy."

Yeah I think Crystal City to Morgan would work. Depends on how far into the city you're willing to drive

It'll be a long metro ride, but the flip side is the deeper you drive into the city the harder it can be to find parking

Re: Skins - Ravens Scrimmage at Fedex

NEWS: scrimmage will be on comcast sportsnet at 8pm, for those in the area without NFL Network.

channel 57 for me (springfield, i have cox).

also, starting sept 1st, comcast with start showing MASN and Nationals games to 1.6mill subscribers in the area. a little later another 600k more will also get the channel. Cox and RCN already show nats games and carry MASN in the local area.

Re: Skins - Ravens Scrimmage at Fedex

I wonder what channel(s) Comcast will drop to add MASN. MASN has added some interesting programming to its lineup this week including CFL. Finally, we can watch Ricky Williams...oh wait

i've actually been watching CFL on sundays on comcast sportsnet (they show the first game of the sunday double header, then switch to a dc united game - who happen to be stomping the league this year).

the MASN stuff is better than a blue screen, but radio on tv (anita marks) kinda stinks. they seem to run a bunch of espn2 stuff too (ie the us-pr basketball game was broadcast there), and they had a race of some kind on tonight...

Gonna' hijack this for a second. I have horrible hiccups and I can't sleep because of it. Any remedies? I'm seriously going to blow my brains out.

Even though I'm sure that would be a pretty good remedy, I need something less permanent.
