Re: Pluto no longer a planet

This is idiotic.

I won't be able to remember this. The same kind of people also claimed tomatoes were fruits after I already learned it was a vegetable. Sure, it makes more sense to be a fruit but it's tough to reprogram my elementary education...it's something I've "known" my whole life.

I bet the same people also decided to make Indigo an official rainbow color.

Don't people have BETTER things to waste time and spend government grants on?

ARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Classic case of planet envy...

Re: Pluto no longer a planet

All those science projects of the solar system I made were just a lie. I feel so cheap and used.

It really got a raw deal - it played hard, it got itself a moon or three. So what if it didn't orbit like the other planets? On game day it would show up. But nooooo, they just couldn't hack it. Their way or the highway. Pluto, however, knows what's best for Pluto - just ask the special astronomers that Pluto had shipped in to argue its case.

Just another case of the man keeping him down. No worries itself, Pluto loves itself some Pluto. It will just find some other solar system that can appreciate it specialness.
Word is that Pluto is still showing effects from it's old atmosphere injury and may miss some time with his new team. Looks like the scienetists might actually know what they are doing afterall.

Re: Pluto no longer a planet

What about all us Scorpios who have been taught all these years that Pluto is our ruling planet? What about us?

Suddenly we're the Willis and Arnold Jacksons of the Zodiac world. Maybe Neptune will adopt us.

Re: Pluto no longer a planet

Saturn is the rumored gay one? I always thought if there was a gay planet out there, it'd have to be Uranus. i guess I was wrong then. I still feel bad for Pluto though, it's like bringing a college football player up to the big leagues, then telling him he's not good enough to be in the big leagues and sending him back to college.

Re: Pluto no longer a planet

Don't give up Pluto!
Did we give up when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? No!

I'll be damned if when talking to pluto I insult him by calling him a "dwarf" planet. He'll be Mr. Pluto as always!

Them stargeeks have way too much time and MY AMERICAN TAX $ to be wasting time on demoting a planet.
I want a Jetson flying car and I want it now!!!!

peace
