Never mind Lumsden. I think the bigger story is Dmitri getting cut. With him, Antuan Edwards, and Aric Williams that's three DBs being released. None of them are all-pros. Still, considering our lack of secondary depth it's a bit surprising

I'm not even going to check ES, but do you think there is a memorial service going on for the cutting of Lumsden?

lumsden had like 4 carries for 14 yards. i don't see how everyone thinks he's better than rock or betts or whatever, unless they're buying all the coaches pre-season hype. If that's the case though, i've got a taylor jacobs jersey to sell you or todd collins, your choice.

All I can hope is that people will stop freaking talking about him now that he's gone. When I'm reading Skins news, it's like I have to wade through pages of "Lumsden rocks my nuts off!" and "Lumsden is the father of my child!" threads.

we got rumph, fox, and battle still. DBs have been turn-stiling in and out. I guess they just have a limited number of spots for DBs and they're maxed out looking for guys that can sorta play. dimitri is just another #5 corner... battle and rumph are both better, even though their tour with the skins may also be somewhat limited.

I guess we'll be going DB with our pick this year.

they'll just be replaced with "look at lumsden now" and "he never got a chance" threads. you'll never win. that means you lost. you're a loser, dude, a ****ing loser.

1st, 5th, 6th, 7th baby! our low picks are typically worthless though they did a bit better this year.

Let's just call it the Sultan McCullough crush syndrome.

Lumsden is just the latest version of it.

Only problem is, we're trading the Lumsden hype for the Novak hype.

At least the Novak hype is more warranted.

Re: Lumsden and Patterson Cut

Now come on fellas, don't hate on Lumsden. He ran hard and to tell you the truth he probably would still be on the roster if it were for him being a) injured and b) on a team loaded in the RB department.

I liked what I saw from him and I'm not ashamed to admit it.

Re: Lumsden and Patterson Cut

lumsden would be at BEST the 6th best RB on the team. Novak could easily be the #1 kicker AND punter.

Sad but true.
