I said something at the begining of the year that I'm very sorry is coming true. That is after the last time we went to the playoffs we went out and spent alot of money on FA... now if I remember correctly we went 8-8 that very next year.... this year i dont think we will make it that far.

This is my post from a different thread. just thought I would throw in my 2 cents.... I totally agree with you
I hate to say this, but that 2000 team would have killed this year's. That team lost 3 games due to having terrible kicking, and was rarely if ever kicked around the way this team has been against Dallas, NY, and Indy. The wheels for that team completely fell off when The Danny forced Norv to start Jeff George over Brad Johnson. The sketchy free agent class of 2006 may set us back 2 seasons with negative cap ramifications.

Can we finally retire the all whites already??? It was cute when we got on a roll toward the playoffs last season, but that is a distant memory now.

at half time, i said "alright, i guess this is where peyton stops dropping bombs on us."

ta-da. not shocked, but there's definately a difference between losing and looking horrible while doing so. we couldn't have looked much worse.

What is really sad is to see how far behind the elite teams the skins really are. From coaching to O to D the skins are so far off the pace its unbelievable. Whats more the Colts are not even as good this year as last. Very sad.
