in 2002 he was #2 in div I-A with 125 points.

here: archived ncaa stats/gamelogs for nick novak (2001-2004)
NCAA DIVISION I FOOTBALL

if you want to see field goal distances, you may have to look at individual game reports for the play by play (all linked, but a pain to do if you don't really care that much).

The saddest part for Novak is that he missed two in the dome. There is no wind in the dome, nothing to contend with the kick.

As far as his accuracy is concerned, he was extremely accurate hitting the post. It is very hard to hit something 6 inches wide.

We need someone like Succup from South Carolina, he hit a 49 yarder a game ago, it was the game before their bye.

would it have really mattered? he shouldn't have been kicking anyway. we were only down 3 TD's

The worst part about Nick missing those two kicks....is its a one possession game if he doesn't. 22+6=28, we lost 36-22.

Not Coo.....

Maybe I can get Sonny or George to ask Gibbs on his show what he has for those fans. Maybe he's going to tell them their wish is going to be granted and that we've seen the last on #8. I'll go out there and be one of those fans if I could hear that declaration.

Yeah not gonna lie, when he was building up to that story, I thought he was gonna talk about some big change, or something important, but he just came off as really lame, and caring at all about the loss, but just trying to apease fans.

It's not just the field goals, it's the kickoffs too. Granted it's not easy to kickoff from your own 5 yard line
