Probably. Doesn't it seem like all players overachieve in contract years?

Ladell is good. He needs to work on protecting the ball and blocking, though.

I just realized that Betts has a decent shot at reaching 1000 yards rushing this season. He'll need 357 yards over the last 4 games, or an average of 89.25 yards.

Well, if we were 8-3 when we had to IR Portis, the move to get Duckett would look like the move of the century. Of course if we were 8-3, I doubt we would have IRed Portis.
