Reports said (and Crisp confirmed, I think) that Ware looked out of shape and slow in minicamp. Now he gets in the papers with a drunk and disorderly. Of course Gibbs cut his ass imediately. What, he's gonna keep Ware around after all his talk about character?
Sure, you might make an exception with a great player (ie, Dexter Manley), but this punk? It's a no-brainer. See ya, Kevin.

Just imagine if Spurrier was still the coach (God help us). Ware would still be on the roster.
Gibbs, will not tolerate this kind of garbage and they had no choice but to set precedent.
