Re: Wright and Holdman Reportedly On Their Way Out
I am fine with Wright staying as long as he isn't starting corner, I AM NOT COOL with Holdman staying.

Again, all the coaches can do is coach. I just wasn't convinced that our staff put people in the best position to succeed last year. You have a guy like Rocky, with a lot of raw talent, riding the pine on a defense that was bad. It just didn't make sense why he wasn't getting more playing time. Rocky, Vilma, Taylor....OH my!!!.. On a side note, did anyone else find it interesting the Ravens chose not to franchise Adelius Thomas? |

I'd like to see us make a run at Thomas but I don't think we will. The guy can do just about everything.

Re: Wright and Holdman Reportedly On Their Way Out
That may be what they are trying to do. Free up enough space to make early runs at Fletcher and Clements but also to keep Dockery if the price gets high. Or maybe I'm just hoping for the best

Aside from constantly getting run over and not making tackles.

Re: Wright and Holdman Reportedly On Their Way Out
Lemar Marshall playing at his natural position of OLB will be a big boost. After a year of toughing it out playing against 300+ pound centers and guards at MLB he will find OLB much easier going against TE's. Lemar may bounce back strong and have a great year. London Fletcher at MLB, Washington a SLB and Lemar at WLB on obvious run plays will a strong lineup. Plus add Alan Branch to the mix at DT and stopping the run should be no problem.

Re: Wright and Holdman Reportedly On Their Way Out
Yeah, the signing of Fletcher gives us a great LB situation. In fact the biggest questionmark would have to be Fletcher, and the guy's a proven vet.
