Haha, I like it here. My girlfriend not so much. I get the peace and quiet of Conn but I'm just an hour and a half from NYC. And 2 hours from Boston

Vegas... whatever happens there, stays there. NYC is a close second b/c of the food.

Re: Your favorite city, and why.
My favorite city is one that I haven't been to
If I had to pick a city though I would have to go with Paris. I love the food and the laid back atmosphere. Oh and there are endless things you can do there. Viva la France! Honorable Mentions: Tokyo Genoa Nice/Monte Carlo

live in/10minutes outside DC, been to NYC, Denver, philly, new orleans, atlanta, pittsburgh and boston. By far my favorite two cities are Boston and Pittsburgh, the best sports atmoshpheres ive ever been in. Very down to earth people and overall excellent places.

If we're going outside of the U.S., then Vancouver is awesome.

Re: Your favorite city, and why.
This is tough for me. On one hand I LOVED everything about both Chicago and Pittsburgh. Chicago has a ton of culture and I just love the place. Pittsburgh is cheap and fun. A great place to raise a child with the school system. The problem with both of those places is harsh winters. I'm looking to move out of VA after I finish school to go out and see some of the world. So I love this thread, especially because I'm looking for ideas.
I got offered a chance to go teach English in Japan and I'm really thinking about that. I probably wouldn't end up coming back like the two other people I know that went to Japan.
