i really cant understand why he would want this long of a holdout. for some reason, trying to play qback, as a rookie, is the hardest thing to do in pro sports. with all the other picks signed, it should be pretty much cut and dry what he should be making. and this is still another case for the rookie salary cap. then stuff like this wouldn't happen

I think that will really hurt him as a player then. His teammates won't appreciate that, and his learning would be significantly hampered. But I think you're right.
