Re: Bengals Ink Marshall
Do the Giants not feel like they need any LB help with that new scheme they're running up there?

Re: Bengals Ink Marshall
Lemar fought his guts out for us (ha, sounds like Gibbs), and I wish him the best of luck. Sorry Odell Thurman...

Re: Bengals Ink Marshall
marvin took kenny watson and rashad bauman after they were cut here too, and those guys are still contributing for the bengals.
cutting lemar was retarded, plain and simple. he had a good contract and trade value.. i mean, if you're not going to keep him, at least get a 5th or 6th rounder... or better yet, cut our #4 TE instead. good move for cinncy. |

Re: Bengals Ink Marshall
Someone on ESPN radio said today that Trotter's knees are practically bone-on-bone. Curtis Martin type wear and tear.
Somebody might pick him up, but I'm not going to be surprised if he calls it a career. |

Re: Bengals Ink Marshall
I knew he wasn't going to be on the market long. Still think it was a mistake and a gamble letting him go for Godfrey, but what is done is done. Lemar was one of the guys I wish could have retired a Skin.

Re: Bengals Ink Marshall
i agree. Marshall still must have some injury issues. played 2 spots pretty solid for the skins.

Re: Bengals Ink Marshall
Hopefully he'll come back from this injury next season. He is a good player and will find work. Perhaps the Bucs will send Trotter to Cinci?
