Taylor's injury is the same one (grade II sprain) that kept Samuels out 4 weeks during training camp/preseason. The injuries are just absurd.

Sean Taylor out at least two weeks according to RI...

Are you guys serious? We have eleven Redskins injured? This is ridiculous! (There ya go JWsleep)
I can understand not blaming injuries when you have a couple of key guys out, but not when you have as many key guys out as we do.

Re: Bad news on Taylor (no MRI yet, though)--from JLC
I'm kind of getting the feeling that maybe it's just not meant to happen this season, which sucks because it will probably mean more transition and more rebuilding. Losing 50 percent of your first team is just too much for a team to endure. Hope I'm wrong.

Re: Bad news on Taylor (no MRI yet, though)--from JLC
It looks like we have up to 11 guys out. Washington, Taylor, Rogers, Jansen, Thomas, Moss, Smoot, Griffin, McIntosh, Thrash, and ARE are all out or are battling injuries. Of course, Moss, Smoot, Griffin, ARE and McIntosh will likely be in the lineup come Sunday. Nevertheless, if someone told me Washington, Taylor, Rogers, Thomas, Jansen, Moss, and Thrash were going to be out of more than few games, I'd tell them we'd have a 6-10 season on our hands.

Re: Bad news on Taylor (no MRI yet, though)--from JLC
sandy, about time for that trend to end, CP's comin to town. 100+ comin up!
Yea this really stinks losing ST & JT thats all we need another big key player/players out. Those are aweful big shoes to fill in ST. I hope the team can buckle down and play 60 minutes of ball on both sides, and have a great day on special teams, Rock has been doing really well on kick off returns.
