Re: Giants- New England...........TV History
I guess this means I can delay ordering NFL Network now, since it's finally available in my area....

Re: Giants- New England...........TV History
Any word on whether Belichick is going to play his starters for the whole game?

That one damn Ravens penalty, and this would all be moot.

Re: Giants- New England...........TV History
play the starters for the first half. the game means absolutely nothing to the g men. how would Coughlin look if Manning gets hurt in the 3rd quarter? like a bigger idiot then he already is

Re: Giants- New England...........TV History
I do not agree with all of this talk stating that the Giants have nothing to play for. That is absolute bullshit. For the first time in NFL history a team has a shot at 16-0 in the regular season and everyone believes that the Giants should just rest their starters and give it to them. This is the NFL people, a league where there are no gimmes, because on any given Sunday any team can win. The Giants better at least give them a run for their money. I would hate to think that the last undefeated team in history achieved it because the other team "had nothing to play for". Bullshit, the NY Giants are playing for the pride of the entire NFL on Saturday. To just lay down for the sake of the playoffs is UNAMERICAN!

Re: Giants- New England...........TV History
im not saying lay down. but the giants owe it to their fans to put the best team they can possibly field on the field come playoff time. im sure the players that do play against the patriots will be giving 100%. it just wont be the starters

Re: Giants- New England...........TV History
I'm really getting tired of the Path to Perfection crap......there is even a "New England" bottom line on ESPN now...geeez......I really hope at least the Giants blitz every down in the first few series and pound Brady a few times.....I would love to see Bilichick have to pull him out of the game in fear of him getting hurt....

Re: Giants- New England...........TV History
I personally would like to see the Giants win. I am so tired of hearing about the Pats and strongly dislike Brady, Belichick & Co. I don't care for the Giants, but I don't really dislike them. I save my venom for the Cowboys and Eagles.

Re: Giants- New England...........TV History
In the off chance that we face the Giants in the NFC championship game, i'd like to take as much momentum from them as possible. A thorough lashing, with a few minor injuries to key players would be great. Nothing serious mind, jesus wouldnt like me wishing ill health on other people.

Re: Giants- New England...........TV History
I loathe the Giants but I would love to see them beat the Pats.
The Pats can be beat and almost was twice. The only thing stopping the Giants will be Eli with that constant (duh) look on his face and the uncanny ability to throw pick after pick. |
