Re: The Grand Theft Auto IV Thread

I always run out and buy the new GTA and play around with it for a few weeks and get bored. I can never get through very many missions, I just like to cruise around mowing people down and seeing how many cops I can get on me. This new one does sound pretty bad ass though.

Duh. I'm always out shooting hookers, taking their money and running over cops.

If you aren't doing that, then you just aren't living.

This will be my first GTA experience, other than playing at friends' houses drunk, so I hope it can live up to the hype. My first Halo experience this year turned out to be a little underwhelming.

I'm kind of appalled by the themes involved in the game. You guys are all adults so I mean whatever. But I wouldn't let my kid touch this game with a 10 foot pole until he was 16 or so.

I totally agree. Games these days take on some very serious adult themes. Not kid friendly at all. Whenever I hear some little kid talking trash on COD4 I just cringe and wonder WTF their parents are thinking.

Re: The Grand Theft Auto IV Thread

Going to buy it now!!!

GTA has become the only game I play. Played San Andreas to 100% (not an easy feat), then returned my XBox when I realized it was the only game I really played.

But I'm back in the show today! Gonna pick up an XBox, GTA IV, the criminal pack...
