Crazy. Yeah, it would only work against kids.
The pass-rushing lanes are HUGE and who wants to trust an NFL lineman to take a pitch in the backfield? I was confused how linemen could be eligible receivers, but it said that they can take backwards passes or pitches. If the linemen are behind the QB, he better take off FORWARD, not pitch the ball back to a lineman who just got burned trying to block someone. Only in a busted-down play could I ever see a lineman touching the ball. If he does, I'd imagine it would be a 10-yard loss.

The A-11 offense will take my intramural flag football team all the way.
Would work in HS, not so much in college, no way in hell in the NFL.
