Re: Cowboys... WTF??

what about this part:

And speaking of baffling, T.O. was a non-factor Sunday until the late touchdown. He reacted by putting a towel over his head and weeping. Maybe I skipped sensitivity training the last eight or nine years, but when did it become acceptable for players to cry on the sideline? Is it a good sign that your star receiver is an emotional wreck after a win over the Bengals? Wait, don't answer that.

I hadnt heard that and I didnt see it,if it happenned seems like it would have got more play then it did

Even though he is a Cowboy, you gotta' show Wade a little love. Nobody else has been able to deal with JJ either. AND as far as Bum goes, he was a pretty good coach (and real good guy) when the Oilers were somebody in the AFC. AND, AND, as Jwsleep has pointed out, don't try to throw dirt on the boys to early.........
ON the positive side, TO (in perfect t.o. style) can't let the "don't throw to me thing" go as he was on the Michael Irvin show, and is still Digging a hole with his "ME" crap.
Beautiful!

Re: Cowboys... WTF??

If the Cowboys fail to make the playoffs this year, that's all on coaching. they have as much or more talent than anyone in the league. Philips really is showing himself to be an overmatched ass.

Re: Cowboys... WTF??

Journalists are like sperm.

One in 50 million of them have a chance to become a human being.

This is yet another article being critical just for the sake of it.

What makes it worse is that he shoots himself in the foot at the end by saying how much better the Giants are because they beat Seattle by 38. What he fails to mention is that the Giants had to go to OT to beat the Bengals in their previous game. Makes the Cowboys win look like a rout in comparison.

Re: Cowboys... WTF??

Ill say that the bengals are a talented team. They're in disarray due to character, but its not like they can't win a football game. Taking NY into OT should prove that...

But I hate TO. I would love some evididence of him crying on the sidelines during a win, or a transcript of his presser. Anyone help a brother on a blackberry out?

Re: Cowboys... WTF??

We are wasting entirely too much time discussing the Cowgirls. They really are not that important. We beat them, now move on!

..oh relax.. sheesh. But it is true, and it's not only you. Everyone, including 980 is wasting time on the Boys.

I do agree with that statement. I was tired of hearing about them before the season started.

Re: Cowboys... WTF??

I've been pretty much convinved after his "miraculous" recovery in which "god wants TO to play" that the dude's on roids. He admittedly works out for 15min a day and he has some very bizzare emotional outbursts.

@ Hess: I just thought it rude to open a 2 page thread in which people are actively discussing our rivals, most of us enjoying the press they're getting for once, and pretty much tell us to shut up. Downplay it if you like, but its rude. Just don't open threads you don't feel like reading...

Oh, and we do play them again by the way...
