We're gonna need to be fairly major players in free agency this year IMO. Anyone have a list of what significant players will be available?
madden yahoo comes out with one, too early for theirs though

More updates today (12/2/08). The database traffic is starting to grow daily, which about this time it does. Redskins are being projected by the most updated mocks between 21 and 25 overall.

Good stuff. I still like Duke Robinson, but he's a lower third of the first round pick in my opinion. If we continue to go up to the middle of the first round then it may be worth going after a LB (I think there are some very good linebackers at the top of the draft), just in case we don't sign my man Dansby.

I think either way our top priorities this offseason should be offensive line and linebacker.

My bet is, because we have lack of foresight, we will recoup our second round pick, by trading down again. Then they will not take Lineman and use the excuses that they traded down and their top lineman were off the board, lol.

Does toughness of competiton factor in in draft position? Because if so I think the Skins should come out picking before any other team that shares our potential records(9-7, 8-8, 7-9)

Cerratto will then pick all recievers again and turn us into the detroit lions....arggggg!

No second rounder. As of yet. We do need an OLB though. But maybe not the most pressing need at the moment.

That made sense in a bad way. I say we trade some players for a second rounder and stay on plan by drafting lineman.

I'm hoping for a guard in the first round, Duke Robinson from Okla, or Herman Johnson from LSU would both look good in B&G for 12 years or so.

I chuckled at this.

Re: NFL Mock Draft Database Updated

I would like to know who the 6 IDIOTS are who say we should use our 1st rounder on a corner. I've heard of drafting to strength, but this is ridiculous. Hall will be re-signed and paired with Rogers as starters. Smoot and Springs will fight it out for #3.
