I don't care how it makes me sound, but I really like brie. It goes great on a cracker with an apple slice, and it actually tastes pretty good with dark beer. I would not be afraid to eat that at a tailgate party.

I had a turkey and brie sandwich the other day with some dark beer...while watching House Hunters on HGTV.

It takes all types to make the world go around. I'd rather have a loaded Kielbasa with an ice cold Coke. I'll not turn my nose up on cheese, especially if it's a nice looking lady offering it to me.

Re: Wine and Cheese Skins Fans...... awww c'mon!!!
yeah my girl makes a mean sliced bagette with an olive oil herb dipping sauce, goes great with a nice red while the roast is cooking in the over with onions, potatoes and carrots. while we dont do the cheese thing we do get a selection of nice green and calamita olives.
but fans in every sport for every team seem to be getting more corporate and less blue collar. my guess is that it goes hand in hand with the prices of tickets now a days. they were talking about how the new yanks stadium seems quieter and mentioned how the prices made it a more corporate suit n tie crowd. just the sign of the times i suppose. go skins!!

5:45 am is awfully early (or late?) to be drinking, don't you think?
This thread is now about cheese.

Good thing we didn't get Cutler. He likes his cheese with whine.
