Re: Man Throws 3 Month Old Baby From Moving Car

"It's a dirty game," he says??? WTF does that even mean? I'll agree with the eye for an eye punishment is this asshole's case. I think the mother and father of that little baby should get to choose the way this f*ck dies, and get to watch if they want. I don't have children yet, so I can't even fathom how I would feel if someone did this my child. I'd probably have a heart attack from the rage.

I hope he gets brutalized over and over in prison before eventually being put to death.

Re: Man Throws 3 Month Old Baby From Moving Car

I am not a big DP supporter but I think a nice relative punishment in this case is in order. Let's build a car of relative size compared to that of the original car and baby. Put him in it. Drive at a speed relative to that of the speed when he threw the kid out the window. And then throw him out of it. If it doesn't kill him then run over his legs and leave him there for a while. Then run straight over his f*cking face. Rot in hell.

If we don't adopt my idea then I will volunteer to help you aim the gun. Can I choose the gun?

I'm open to suggestions if you got something better than "Taurus The Judge" with shot shells.

Re: Man Throws 3 Month Old Baby From Moving Car

After reading the article I think the baby was dead after he throw him on the cement floor, I beleive the child was already dead before he throw him out the car window. Having a 13 month old makes this story even more haunting, espically when the guy that rolls up on the child on the side of the road says it was just staring at him.

If I had witnessed this I am sure my mind would have left my body and I would have just turned into an animal tearing this guy piece by piece, it would take an army to pull me off him.

Kinda makes you wish they hadn't done away with the gas chamber.

Death is far too good for him.

Lock him in solitare. And I mean solitare, the old fashioned kind a 6 by 6 room with a slot to slide food in. No human contact whatsoever but with the sounds of babies crying pumped into his room 24/7, keeping the pitch and volume constantly varied so he can't adapt to the sound.

I like the novelty of the idea but I think any effort to make this creature uncomfortable/alive is totally wasted. I think it simply needs to be dropped down a very deep hole and forgotten about.

This sub-human needs to spend some quality one-on-one time with our late friend "chimpy" in a 8x8 room. This piece-o makes me absolutely sick.

Ohhh, that's a good one. That chimp would wreck that a-hole.

It means he has no compassion, subhuman. ****ing idiot; I don't believe in the death penalty but hopefully someone takes this into their own hands.

I understand all the venting in here, as I said the DP should apply in this case. However, having a civilized society, and rule of law, is done so that mob brutality, or individual vendettas are not carried out. It's one thing for the state to properly convict, sentence, and execute a murderer, especially truly horrific or brutal ones. It's another to call for someone to "take this into their own hands". Where does that line get drawn.

No I don't hope someone takes this into their own hands, I hope this man is convicted in a court of law, given the harshest sentence possible, and if possible placed on death row to be executed. There is a difference between life in prison, and life on death row. Life in prison means that you will in fact have a life, you will eventually work your way up in a hierarchy of hard criminals, and at some point the brutalities you have shown, become badges of honor. Life on death row, is the solitude that JoeRedskin talked of. you have no hope, except pardon, or legal maneuverings. you get no interaction except guards and minimal exercise required by individual states. You think day in/out of what caused you to be in there. and in the end this 20 something man's life, for as long as he has left, would be a shell where he would only think of what led him to that point.

Well it was more of an emotional response than a "somebody SHOULD do it" type thing. I really wouldn't care if someone in prison did it though. I just don't think that it shoudl be the govt/judge/jury's right to decide if someone should die or not; keep them out of society? Yes! Kill them? No.

Serving life in prison may give them freedoms if they're alongside other inmates but it's no glamorous life even in its own setting. You're still going nowhere and you give the guards a job to do and maybe Bubba decides he wants to get to know you a bit better, karma is a bitch. Life in solitary is great too for the reasons that you've mentioned, which can be done in a life sentence without death row. However a lot of people who behave will probably eventually get moved out of solitary.
