Re: Obama is trying to scam us!

I'm thinking of moving to the 99th District in Puerto Rico.

I don't think you get the big picture? It's like the philosophy that you must have more money as you have more checks in the checkbook. If the budget looks a little tight, we still have more states...right? 57...58...59....CAN I get a 60?

This is not the only case of fraudulent

Not only AZ, but OK, IA, CT...even records for the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and other US Territories have been found to be inaccurate and jobs being reported as created are in districts that don't exist!

These people want to be trusted to run our heathcare? What a joke.
Like the FEMA cards to people who used them on luxury handbags and stuff. Any chance the states are reporting fraudulently?

I forgot about those famous FEMA cards. Our area just had a bad storm and several of my customers had flooding and are now having to deal with the National Flood Agency and man what a pain in the ass. I had one customer who had 4 rental homes on the same block and they sent out 4 different adjusters one for each house. Two of them took pictures of the same house and the other took some pictures of some house not even on the same block. I have had to go out there three times now to take the pictures myself and send them to the correct person. I don't mind doing that but its a joke to see how they operate. I'm sure the problems only happen with the National Flood Program and they will never have any of these issues with health care.

Well lets be fair and assume thier number are corect. From what I read off their site we have spent around 160 billion and they say its created 640,329 jobs. So we are spending around 250 thousand to create each job. Now thats goverment in action.

1 guy + 7 projects he is going to be workin on = 7 jobs saved.

after the last 8 years with dubya, i find it funny to see repubs makin such a big deal about any lil thing that happens on obama's watch.

being neither republican or democrat, I think it's pretty obvious that after 8 yrs of defending bush from attacks (some justified some not) the "repubs" are enjoying being the attackers, and the dems are seeing what it's like. Ah what a great political conversation we have created.

Re: Obama is trying to scam us!

USA TODAY was among those that found examples of errors in that data, such as a Texas housing authority mistakenly reporting 450 jobs created by a $26,000 roofing project that actually employed six people.

Republicans said the glitches showed that the White House was wrong to tout the job figures. The panel's top Republican, Darrell Issa of California, called the jobs number "propaganda ... designed to serve a political agenda." Rep. Dan Burton, R-Ind., said, "I feel like I'm listening to a baloney factory."

The administration plans to offer "streamlined guidance" to recipients before the next reporting deadline in January to clarify how they should calculate and report their jobs numbers, Danny Werfel of the White House budget office wrote to Dodaro in response to the GAO findings.

I'd say its just another example of how big goverment no matter which party cannot get very much right. It could be them trying to prop up the numbers but you would think they had to know people are watching what they post and checking their numbers.
