The cops are now trying to get a search warrrant for the hospital records to see if TW injuries are from an accident or from Domestic violence.....REEEdickulus.
You would think there are more important ways to spend our tax dollars?

re: Tiger Asks for Mulligan; Promises to Keep Driver in Bag
Pardon my common sense. I'm thinking if the couple, and specifically the individual that was possibly injured in the alleged confrontation do not wish involvement from the cops...........maybe they know best (at least for now). OR does Big Brother know best?

well, often times in a domestic situation, the abused - male/female rich/poor, will protect the abuser. It is in fact why domestic situations are very very dangerous for police officers. I don't buy into big brother, but it is understandable in this case. Even Woods defense of his wife, can be seen as him wanting to protect her, maybe when he shouldn't be.

re: Tiger Asks for Mulligan; Promises to Keep Driver in Bag
I'm not an adjuster but I'd say if what has been said is true or the story they stick with then they just pay the claim. I would think stuff like this TW just pulls out his check book and pays for it out of pocket as he does make over 80 mil a year. I did have a customer who had a son a father argument and the son picked up a log and through it at his dads car. Dad then picked up a log and through it at his sons car and this went on for about ten times. The wife called in to file a claim and sense both the dad and the son where on the policy the claim wa denied do to the insureds did the damage as an intentional act.

Hey FD, here is a free spellchecker that works within IE, and another link that talks some pros/cons. Just thought this might help.
