Who thought the Eagles would lose two NFC Championships at home. It will just be three after this year. If they get to the NFC Championship. www.philadelphiaeagles.com and do the poll, quite amusing.

Karma has a way of bitting people and the ass and I think this is pretty damn funny for iggle fans to have gotten their hopes up so high and seeing people need full sticks of chapstick for as much ass as they kiss in relation to mcnugget and the eagles and now their season could easily go down in a fiery tailspin. |

Brian Westbrook is really going to have to step up for the Eagles. When I think of their offense, I think of two weapons for McNabb to go to: Owens and Westbrook! The Eagles can't really rely too heavily on their defense to get them through the playoffs so I will say they are hurting quite a bit! This certainly does leave the NFC wide open!

Remember...watching the Eagles lose is almost as good as watching the Skins win. This bolsters my hopes that Philly does in fact get to the championship game again and lose. People will riot if this happens.
No more talk of the playoffs...the last time we did this we crapped out with a minute left against the feebles. Lets just see what happens. |

I normally oppose taking enjoyment from injuries to ANY player - but TO's arrogance just makes it hard to resist. Hey, if he didn't want me celebrating - he shouldn't have gotten injured!
But it's the Philly fans I really weep for ... NOT At the Philly game, a couple of them were bragging that nothing and nobody could stop them from winning the NFC. Hmmmm, guess fate gets a little insulted when you take her for granted. |

So is the requirement to be a receiver for the eagles to not look for the ball and keep your hands in your pocket. Because for the right amount ofmoney ill run across the middle a few times.

TO has had a stellar season, but it continues to be all about TO.
The Eagles were confident that his presence would open up the passing game for the other WRs on the roster. Through 14 games, non-Owens wideouts have a total of 60 catches - with one TD. They also have a reputation for softness (especially Pinkston - the last two games have killed his reputation) that will be difficult to overcome. I hope they can keep it together this week - we need them to beat the Rams for a miracle playoff berth - but it's going to be a Westbrook/Chad Lewis/L.J. Smith Christmas for them if they do.

Andy Reid is a good coach and will cobble together a good plan to go on without Owens. The question is how does the team react mentally now? The Skins showed how to play this team. Pungh 'em in the mouth and most of them fold. I think they are doomed unless McNabb and Reid can pull off a miracle. Their plan all year was a quick strike type potent offense. This bolstered their sagging defense by forcing teams to throw the ball. Now they have little in the way of true downfield threats. They're only weapons are McNabb and Westbrook. Not bad weapons at all but we all know about McNabbs inability to bring them to the promise land without TO and I think Westbrook is going to have a tough time now that there will be a man freed up since the the permanent double team of TO is gone. STill a good team though so who knows.

Are the Rams still stuck with Chandler? If so I think Jim Johnson could win the game alone!

Todd "Pinkeye" Pinkston is such a wimp. Had to get that out of my system. I hope Sellers has a chance to blast Roy Williams sunday. He's good for a personal foul or two. At least make them count.

After the Cowboys and the Lakers, the next team I just HATE is the Eagles and especially Terrell!!!!!! (okay so I liked when he danced in the star in Dallas...) so
I'm happy that this big mouth (it's all about me) guy got hurt! .......maybe ESPN will now stop his stupid commericials. If you ask me McNabb and Westbrook are the REAL stars on the Eagles. The Redskins did a nice job on shutting down Terrell too....it was Westbrook that had the big game against us. |

Imagine for a second you're an Eagles fan.
3 straight seasons of being teased with the Super Bowl. 3 straight losses in the NFC Championship. You go out and get one of the biggest playmakers in the league. Your QB takes his game to the next level with his new go to WR. You're cruising through the weak NFC, everyone's Super Bowl favorite, and now this happens. I'd be crying myself to sleep each night, LOL. |
