I don't know why they wouldn't just put an expansion team in LA. Spare one of the actual NFL cities from losing their team. But OKC I could see getting an expansion team. Or 'Bama. Although Bama has always been a college football state.

I watch all NFL games whether they are good matchups or not but the goal of getting every team on Thursday night is going to lead to some AWFUL matchups. And the Thursday night schedule was never exactly a strong one to begin with.

34 teams huh? How is that going to work? 32 teams make all divisions in both conferences even. 34 is just going to over load a division or two unless they completely rework all divisions again. Am I not seeing this right?

I am all in favor of expanding but not this way. I love football and hate this time of year. I think if the NFL would parter up more with the Arena League and use the teams in the NFL it would increase ratings and give more opportunities for the future stars of the league. For instance I would root for an Arena League team that wore B & G and was called the Redskins. I remember when Dallass had there team. Although they were not the cowboys they wore blue and sliver, I found my self rooting against them.
