Re: Who Will Be This Summer's Pre-Season Hero
Josh Morgan? Brandon Banks? Those types shouldn't qualify

That's what I thought. Prospects for the Marko Mitchell/Sultan McCullough award should be more obscure.

I would also DQ draft picks. I am pretty sure all of them are going to at least make the practice squad.
Dig deep guys!

Would Niles Paul be a good nominee for preseason hero?

Banks for sure. I thought he was gonna be zero help on offense but, has showed some skills. He's turning into the X-factor.

Re: Who Will Be This Summer's Pre-Season Hero
Talking about people we didn't think would make the team BUT, if we eliminate banks, then I think Richard Crawford will continue his pace he started early in camp, get a couple of picks even.

Brian McNally.
Played DE in college but is switching to LB. He'll have some big plays at the end of a game and everyone will fall in love with him. Don't think it counts, but Kirk Cousins will be an all star in each preseason game. He'll perform like the second coming of Tom Brady against guys not making a team.

Actually Josh Morgan would be a surprise coming off injury and never really doing much in his career..

I would be surprised if every one of our draftees did not make the PS (at least). Given what I have heard, I would be shocked if RC was cut free and clear.

Yeah, but that's not a preseason hero

Re: Who Will Be This Summer's Pre-Season Hero
Kirk Cousins could have some nice preseason games. He and Richard Quinn will have some highlights together in the preseason.
But, I'm going with Tristan Davis. Dude looks impressive physically. Who is now #30 on D? He's not listed on the redskins.com roster but he looked good in drills. League-wide, it's going to be Chase Daniel.
