Another point of similarity is turnovers. We are +17 (31 takeaway/14 giveaways), they are +14 (31/18).

These two teams are so similar it is amazing. And both young. Remember, we took Trent Williams, they took Okung. and both have built up in similar manners. I doubt this is the last playoff meeting between these two teams.
I was thinking that the Griffin/Wilson match-up could be the next Brady/Manning rivalry. Since we will be winning the division for the foreseeable future, they could meet up regularly if Seattle does the same.

Another thing in our favor, RG3 has another week to heal and get that knee better.

I wonder if we'll see the removal of the brace. I keep wondering how long he needs to wear that if he's past the healing time for that type of sprain.

Brian Mitchell thinks the brace is causing much of the immobility and that he should remove it.

From what I heard last night, he's getting a new, less bulky brace but will still have on this weekend

I'm a bit concerned about Kory L. I think LeRibeus may end up being the better OL, though I'm not sure that will be this weekend.

Nice to see LeRibeus step in last week and we didn't miss a beat. He played 21 snaps? I didn't even notice he was in there for that long. Impressive.

Josh LeRibeus draws praise for strong relief effort for Redskins

The brace appears to be bulky. But who really knows what's going on with Robert's knee.

LeRibeus completely mauled a defender as soon as he got in the game. I think Kory will have a challenge on his hands next camp.

Exactly.

LeRibeus looked good in the limited time he played, but Red Bryant, Alan Branch, Brandon Mebane, are all guys that can knock over guards very quickly. LeRibeus looked good, but I noticed Hatcher got him pushed around and on his back more than once.

I'm still kinda hoping it comes down to the last play, and then RG3 takes off down the sideline... and he's still kinda slow... and then in slow motion, the brace starts to fly off and he just outruns everyone a la Forrest Gump.

I think a real X Factor here is MS. I am hoping his playoff experience trumps Pete Carroll.

Pete Carroll is 0-3 (2 losses with the Patriots, 1 with the Seahawks) in NFL away playoff games. I would really love the Skins to trounce him.

Shanahan has obviously won a few home games along the way.

How will Wilson handle the Fedex crowd noise? Should be interesting.

Well, he only won because he had a future HOF quarterback and had managed to find a premier running back in the late rounds of the draft.

Oh, wait ...

Seattle is really similar to us But they have more talent overall IMO. I still think we win at home, Griffin will have a great first playoff game and we'll force Wilson into a couple ints
