Ryan Grant can clearly play, but he's more of a quiet production guy than a physical marvel, and it is not clear to me where he fits in the receiver rotation on this team. I'd like to see how hard it would be to get out of the Roberts contract in the third year. It was only a 4 yr/15-16mil. Not a cap killer that's for sure, and if we are some how replacing him with a guy who would be making 675k in the final year of his contract I am sure the cap hit would not be felt as much because of the cheap contract of his replacement.

It's not that hard to get out of the cap hit at any point really, but spent money is spent money.

Let's just hope that he earns his contract. If we can get our big three WRs to earn their contracts, giving Grant a year to get some reps hopefully we will see him turn into a solid piece.
