Re: Rams at Redskins pregame thread
It was over before it even started. Sigh, these have been a long two years. My emotional attachment to the team is the lowest it's ever been. 20 years of this shit more or less. Really tired of it. |

Re: Rams at Redskins pregame thread
Agree. I think after all the coaching and personel changes in the last 20 years, its time to look at the front office and specifics within the management of the organization. Something is not right within the structure model.

Re: Rams at Redskins pregame thread
Yeah Matt it's embarrassing being a skins fan, we r the Raiders of the east. Literally have no future plans and we never keep players around. Griffin will be gone next yr probably starting somewhere else and we'll be rolling out Colt Mccoy or some Rex grossman like journey man again. I'm basically to the point of just not even caring anymore it hit me last yr as well with the whole mike and rg3 drama. Ssdy for the redskins and won't change until DS is gone.... so y even worry about the team anymore

We had the guy who should have been rookie of the year in our backfield, and we had rookie Griffin too. Yeah rt and d still sucked, but things were looking up! |

52-0 Skins beat the Rams. Yeah, I am so confident, I put all my money earmarked for Christmas on it. How smart am I!!!

Re: Rams at Redskins pregame thread
You and I are feeling the same exact thing, Matty. And both you and I (along with a handful of others) have always been the most optimistic, always look on the bright side of things, type of fans. But I think we have discovered that even the most optimistic fan has his/her breaking point. I can already tell you that I will absolutely NOT be spending money on NFL Sunday Ticket next year. It just doesn't make any sense to spend money I really don't have on a team that wins 3 games a season. I'll find ways to catch as many games as I can, but what's the point? I would much rather have a copy of every single Redskins game from the 80's, and just watch those on Sunday as opposed to the modern version.

Re: Rams at Redskins pregame thread
Is Alfo going to run for 300 plus yards ..... or our defense going to get 7 turnovers ? Because outside of us getting 3 TD's on ST's , I can't see us winning 52-0 ..... maybe 44-0

Re: Rams at Redskins pregame thread
This season has been the worst I can remember since winning our last SB... Most seasons, I could always point to a core group of players, coach, offseason or something.... This year, I really don't see anything positive about this team going forward... Literally, nothing...

Re: Rams at Redskins pregame thread
I said this in another thread if things keep going this way sometime next year the Skins will have a losing regular season record for the first time since I was born. When I graduated high school the skins had plus 74 wins it is now plus 13 wins and falling fast.

Re: Rams at Redskins pregame thread
Jeff Fishers press conference answers to don't shoot questions are badass. That dude gets a solid QB they'll play in a SB. RG better not go there. Dangerous.
