Detroit got hosed. That was not a 15 yard facemask. The defender did not pull on the facemask.

When they removed the 5 yard face mask penalty, is all incidental contact with the face mask 15 yards?

Agreed. Just wrap Rodgers up and that would have been the end of the game.
