Re: Saturday Night Fever - Eagles v Redskins edition
Since I am likely to be unable to watch the game due to holiday traveling, I predict an absolutely amazing blow-out by the Skins wherein the Skins make insanely good plays at every level and that no highlight reel will be able to adequately capture.

The skins played the Cowboys game with don't lose mentality. If they play not to lose against Eagles, they will lose and probably lose big.

11? That's a tough score to get. Are you thinking 3 field goals and a safety or a TD, Two point conversion and a field goal?

Like I said last week, the Skins win this, beat the Cowgirls and win their 1st round playoff game.

I wonder if their DBs will bring baseball bats to the sidelines.

We need to play our best game of the season on Saturday. And that means the play-callers on both offense and defense need to be at their best, as well.

Re: Saturday Night Fever - Eagles v Redskins edition
The Eagles are going to take a page out of the Cowboys when they played us, 8 men in the box and blitz, blitz, blitz. What worries me is we didn't adjust then, let's hope we can come up with a game plan and exploit the blitz.

Re: Saturday Night Fever - Eagles v Redskins edition
With the Cowboys it wasn't just the blitzing itself, plenty of teams have blitzed us, The Cowboys did a lot of stunting where someone would line up in one spot but stunt over to a different spot when they rushed towards the QB.
The Cowboys have a good pass rushing defense. I figured they would give us fits, but also expected us to adjust a lot quicker. The Eagles have Trent Cole but overall I don't think their pass rush is nearly as fierce as Dallas's. |
