Doug Williams, Joe Gibbs and Sean McVay are good guys we got who were once in TB.. 3 guys in almost 40 years.. why do we keep going back to the well from a team who has the lowest winning percentage in the league. Maybe start looking at cast offs from teams who win, maybe New England, Green Bay, Dallas, Pittsburgh.. not TB for christs sake..
