We won a National televised game and had a pretty good officiating crew despite missing the Lawrence offside. I think this has been the best officials in a while.

Watching the game again, Reaves had a hell of a game. He stopped Ceedee lamb twice, prevented him from getting a 1st down and broke up the possible TD catch.

Wow what a great performance!

The biggest thing that stuck out to me about this game was our backs. Gibson is a baller. But combining him with Barber and McKissic is nice triumvirate. Love the play calling today, and Alex Smith looked good. Honestly don't think he saw Jaylon Smith on the int.

Dline looked great. We really have something with Sweat and Young. Love Young on the sideline also. Kid really wants to win.

Absolutely loved this game!!!

I will also as soon as the rebranding is done. Whatever the decision, I hope we know for 2021. I loved his post game interview - happy to beat Dallas and sweep them and to be leading the division, but they haven’t won anything and have a lot of work to do to build on this. McLaurin is simply awesome. His rundown of Smith probably turned the whole game.

you know who I don't miss? AP and Collins! Our 3 RB's have been really good. I can not believe that McKissic was out on the street for anyone to sign. He is an outstanding player. Much better than I thought he was and he is durable. Barber also just gets tough yards and finishes runs. And Gibson is just getting better every week.

As far as Collins, these young guys make mistakes but at least they stick their nose in there to make a tackle. Collins wasn't even doing that. He got paid and checked out.

I would cut Collins next year and use that money on Allen, Scherff.

Basking in this beat down. FU Jerruh. Loved when the camera focused on you when we went up 34-16. Palpatin lookalike that you are.

This all does make me wish we hadn’t blown the two games v NYG and Detroit. 7-4 would feel a lot better. But let’s see what they can do with the rest of the season. Great team win.

Re: Dallas beat down 2.0! Postgame

Great W ! Beat Dallas, take the lead of this shitty division, love it !

I also loved that Darby made the 4th and short deflection shortly after getting beaten on the TD (you know the fir... wait they only scored one haha F them!) and then made another big play on 3rd and 11 later in the game, after getting flagged for PI.

I love when a DB keeps his head in the game after making mistakes.

I hated the announcer for saying contact was early on the 4th and short, STFU that was a text book perfect DB play !

Overall great team win but the thing I liked the most was that D finally looking like what we thought it could !

I know Dallas lost some guys on OL but I don't give a damn, nobody cared about our injuries, and it's not like we hadn't had our fair share of OL shuffling, even this year !

Also, I wasn't raised in a religious family but I like signs, and Kerrigan being the first to greet Sweat after his strongly look alike 9 years later pick 6 was a very good sign for the future of this D !

Re: Dallas beat down 2.0! Postgame

It was a latish game UK time and I wasn't feeling 100% last night so decided to get up this morning and watch instead (day off anyway). That made my Friday!

That was on the whole complete football. Yes the Cowgirls are a bit beat up, yes they lost 2 starting OL. But we had their O pretty much contained all game and that 2nd half!

My keys are:

Came out in 1st Q like we were going to work. Aside from that 1st drive we only punted once more.
We pressured Dalton all game long with mostly 4 man rush. I kind of wished JDR blitzed more so we could get more sacks!
Running game carried us so much we didn't need to force the ball deep; why take an unnecessary risk? Yes I'd like to see more deep passing, but I'll take nearly 200y on the ground all day long.
Hell, even Apke made a good play

Bad? Smith's INT was a bit meh, I think he was throwing it away but he didn't see Smith. Darby's 2 bad plays (DB's are coached not to look back for the ball if out of step with the WR!), but then he had some solid plays to counter. And it was Amari Cooper after all.

We're going to have to lean on that rushing attack and D a lot against the Steelers; their pass rush is scary. Come out the blocks like we did last nght.
