Re: A WIN IS A WIN POSTGAME THREAD
Could only watch via Redzone so effectively highlights. Agree should have punted and forced a long drive. I like Quinn but every so often I question his thinking. Like Campbell going for the O/S kick too early this evening. It's like they need someone in their ear saying 'don't out think yourself'. While I agree the Eagles look too strong, it's a division game and we went toe to toe with the last time. Never say never.

Re: A WIN IS A WIN POSTGAME THREAD
I was ok with the fg attempt, defense played like crap 2nd half, and where the fck was Lattimore!! I was OK with the trade when it happened, but I didn’t know it was gonna be six games before he took the field and then when he did he shit the bed, not in the stat line today at all, Terrible trade in my opinion.

Re: A WIN IS A WIN POSTGAME THREAD
Quinn and kliff were letdowns today for sure. Win is a win but.... this game didn't give me any confidence for next week.

Re: A WIN IS A WIN POSTGAME THREAD
I guess we all should be happy with 9 wins and a chance at post season but The games this year that makes me scratch my head is Chicago miracle,Cowboy crap show and todays game .. I can live with First Game Tampa loss,Eagles,Steelers, ravens are all very good if not top teams .. Bears, saints, cowboys are bad and we are lucky to win 2 of those !! I gotta believe we need another offseason to bring in more talent and Quinn needs to step up his approach!

Re: A WIN IS A WIN POSTGAME THREAD
Very tough victory but far better than the alternative. 4 bs penalties/non penalties went against us at inopportune times. Both roughing the passers v. Fowler Jr. were horrible. Probably my least favorite part of the league now. High school games wouldn't even have called those. 3rd was an obvious hold late in the game for a big NO gain that was missed. 4th it was opi on their last td that was missed. One of their receivers clearly blocked prior to the receiver catching the ball.
I'll take the victory. This is not a SB team, but they can still make the playoffs and the future looks bright. Lattimore was shutdown. |

Philly got lucky against Jax, Cleveland, and Carolina, it happens. KC has more than a couple head scratchers too. Last edited by punch it in; 12-16-2024 at 12:09 AM. |

I was just in a bad mood after the game which was really weird after a win. No way they should have blown a 17 point lead to a team like the Saints. I was on the fence on the last field goal attempt. Punters aren't really adept at punting from the 36, or the 41 with the delay penalty. The punt could have very well gone in the end zone netting 16 yards. Looking back that clearly would have been the right move, 16 yards at the end would have been huge. But it was another miss set up by a bad snap, this is now a problem again. |
