For all the hype the LA Rams had that was a pretty good letdown for Rams fans.49ers offense and defense and quarterback play was much better than the Rams. I also thought the 49ers play calling and the play formations were freaking fantastic.
I still don’t understand why we got rid of Deebo, him and Diggs stats are very similar yet we’re paying Diggs twice the guaranteed money and a bigger overall contract then Deebo sign with the 49ers for

Diggs and Deebo are two completely different types of players. Diggs is the traditional outside guy, precise routes and great hands. Deebo is more of a gadget guy, line him up all over, not nearly as polished or accomplished outside as Diggs.

On the travel point, I read a very interesting article about sleep and recovery as it related to the two different approaches, and there were experts that actually came out on both sides of the issue, which I was surprised. One of the experts said you have to factor in a day for each time zone travelled to adjust, and said SF wouldn't be adjusted in a week. (FWIW, I live in California, and when I traveled to Australia years ago, I think I adjusted in about 3 days.) That expert thought the Rams would have such a relatively brief stint in Australia that they wouldn't need to adjust and would have an advantage. Another expert saw the opposite -- and thought that the Rams would be exhausted from the long flight and not adjusted to the time zone. Which is what I would have thought.

It sure looked like the former approach was better, as the Rams wilted in the second half. But all that aside, kudos to SF for having a great game plan and play calling. Shanahan is really pretty extraordinary; I think he's the best coach in the game right now. Still amazes me that we had him, Sean McVay, Kevin O'Connell, Matt LaFleur, McDaniel, and Raheem Morris all at the same time. We had more now-head coaches (5) than wins (3) that season (2013). Insane.

Giants looked very good tonight. Dart is a stud. Skattebo is a stud along with Nabers and Likely. If these 4 stay healthy, they are a real threat to win the division and maybe even more. Love the way Dart plays. Aggressive and a gamer. Adding a Super Bowl winning coach doesn't hurt either.

Hate the Giants but I think I hate the Cowboys a bit more. If only we’d pulled of a win today, everyone would be talking about the upside down NFCE. Dang it.

Broncos @ Chiefs tonight. Interested to see what KC's offense looks like without starting tackle Josh Simmons, Mahomes coming off an injury, older Kelce, and stud Walker. Broncos should be loaded again with a great defense. Solid MNF game.

Yeah , I think in the end Ben Johnson and QBs drafted after JD5 ( nix / Maye) is going haunt us

Lol Nix is nowhere close to JD's level. I watch a lot of Broncos games and I will always pick JD over Nix every time. You could make an argument for Maye, although I think it's more of a combination of Maye and Josh McDaniel that makes the Patriots offense strong, rather than Maye himself.

Regarding Ben Johnson - you and some are acting as if Ben decided to not interview with us only because we are the Commanders team (Ben also declined Seahawks' request). This is a classic symptom of suffering under the Snyder regime. AP was well regarded by everyone within the NFL circle - he was considered as a big prize for any team who hire him as a GM. Ben truly did want to stay with Lions for one more year only because they were only one game away from super bowl.
