unless mcnabb refuses to throw to him i doubt he'll really lay an egg.

he's a total arse, but he's in everyone's top 3 WR list.

On the surface a T.O. hold out would have been fantastic: a protracted hold-out followed by endless questions lobbed at Banner, Reid, McNabb etc... However, this has a small silver lining. They drafted Reggie Brown to be their "heir-apparent" WR and their officials were quietly liking the fact that he would get first team reps with Terrell sitting out. Mortensen and/or Palantonio mentioned this at the beginning of the summer. I would have prefered an ugly divorce but after the ESPY situation last week there are no mended fences between McNabb and T.O. which has to upset team chemistry and sync.
