That's VERBATIM what I just said to my girlfriend.

We totally deserved to lose that game.

By the way guys, with that loss, we are officially in the cellar of the division until next year.

That's a GREAT point...

But then we'd be calling out the offense and its playcaller?

look... regardless... our D shouldn't have been that bad on that drive, but the offense certainly could have made it tougher for the niners... but ... whatever...

Let's see, the defense picks a meaningless game to suck it up. While the offense sucked it up the whole season. I guess it ain't so bad. Let the offseason begin! (speculations, vet minimums, free agency, and the draft!)

Shit, anybody blaming the defense for the shitty season should be slapped upside the head. The bastards are the ones who single handedly gave us last weeks Philly win and kept us in numerous games where our offense as usual fell flat. Oh boy we actually got 3 TDs for a change!!!!!! Yeah off the crappy 49ers with an interim HC. The offseason is going to be very interesting indeed. I have to admit, I will laugh my ass off if all of a sudden I hear Zorn gets the boot after all.

The suckiest part of today is that we were told all week by Cerrato and Zorn is "we are playing to WIN" because it's hugely important we finish 9-7...

It just pisses my off more... but what can you do? This is our team... 8-8 ... middle of the pack

The Skins losing today doesn't surprise me at all. They have been horrible the 2nd half of the season. The offense has been pathetic. The defense has kept us in most of the games, although they could be more dominating. It's on to cheering for the Ravens in the playoffs. Good job, Redskins! Way to miss the playoffs!

Re: Redskins vs. 49ers game thread

Well, they lost as a team. 24 points is nice, but offense defense and special teams collectively just weren't good enough.
