For all the records Brennan set, it's worth noting that Chase was probably the better college QB of the two. His issue is that frame. Brennan looks more like a pro prospect than he does.

But if he keeps this up, that doesn't matter.

true, there have been enough people that could just do it that the measurables didn't count as much

chase definitely saw better competition and played in much more of a pro style offense

Of course, in the world of developmental quarterbacks, who's getting your time: the 6'4" sixth round draft pick or the 6'0" undrafted free agent.

It's not a level playing field, but he's making every throw a rookie should be able to.

yep.. that's the bitch

hopefully tonight's performance warrants significant playing time throughout the next 2 preseason games

Chase ain't 6', but if he keeps it up he may be Drew Brees' mini-me.

Big 12 is much tougher competition than the WAC too.

Marginally

No one really plays defense in the big 12 either.

Frame shouldn't matter. Big 12 ball is the closest thing to the NFL in Dvision I-A, even more so than the SEC. Hawaii is in the new WAC, which is even weaker than the original WAC. If Chase could take the heat from the likes of Texas, Tex Tech, Oklahoma, and even the improving Huskers, he can take theheat better than Colt anyday. All you have to do is remember Hawaii vs Georgia in the Sugar Bowl. Total devastation!!!!!! Brennan got bitch slapped!!!!

Re: Redskins vs. Steelers Game Thread

Does anyone know what K. Campbell signed for? If he signed for a minimum deal for another team he is a punk...
