Would any here trade Leonard Hankerson and a 4th round pick to the Titans for wide receiver Kendall Wright if they were Bruce Allen?

Edit: i think we need all of the draftpicks we have to sure up our line and secondary. Plus i like Hank and still think he will pan out.
