I'd at least sign for the kids. How you can you say no to the kids?!

If you are a self-absorbed asshole who thinks he is the greatest thing to walk this earth and puts himself and his glory above anything else, it's easy to say no to kids.

I would never sign autographs for fans. Fans are so hypocritical. One moment they think your the greatest, and then the next.. They want you out of town.

Seen it here on a daily basis.

That's hypocritical all in itself. Seeing as how they would be paying you.

Its the least I feel a player/celebrity could do since they're basically funding your paychecks. There's nothing quite like being a celebrity/athlete and an asshole on top of it. If you have a grudge against adults that's fine, but kids did nothing to deserve being shunned in such a way.

Yeah I mean I think I've said more than a few times about my experiences with Green, both personally and professionally. Something must have changed in him though. Because when I was around 10-11 years old (many moons ago), I met Green for the first time after a Skins game in the RFK parking lot and I was like "I wear no. 28 for my flag football team because I play cornerback and I'm fast like you" And he playfully said you want to race to that tree? And we did (with Todd Bowles and Gary Clark cheering me on) and I beat him (of course he let me) and it was one of the greatest moments of my life!!!! But he doesn't seem to be that way with anyone else anymore.

As for McNabb as a person well I've heard mixed things and I know I've told you a few things I've heard Matty but I've never really personally met him so I won't judge.

There are a lot of athletes who don't sign autographs but they can't be kind about it. I remember being with a player once. And for the life of me I can't remember who it was, I want to say Miles Austin but I don't think that's right. Anyway, someone asked him for his autograph and he said "Thank you but I don't sign autographs. It's a pleasure to meet you and I really thank you for being a fan" And they shook hands and exchanged some small talk and that was that. And it was totally respectful and fine.

So I mean if you don't want to, either be polite about it like Austin or fake interest like London Fletcher.

That is awesome.

I was just going to post that all this news about DG being a prick is new to me. I am actually shocked. I dont live in the DC area, and just never heard that before. Im just going to go on living and forget I ever found out - he is definitely a Skins legend and it is kind of a downer that he is a dick. Oh Well.

I can respect Miles Austin for that. If you're polite. That's cool. And how do you mean fake interest like Fletcher? I think I missed the story on that one.

Fletcher is all about football. And he's all about his teammates. And that's totally fine. But he's not this friendly, gregarious guy really. He's not like say the Shanahans (Mike and Kyle) when it comes to everyone else at Redskins Park-the cleaning staff, the secretaries, the scouts, etc. He's not happily saying good morning, asking them about their families, seeing if they need anything, etc. (He's not the other extreme-Vinny Cerrato-either). He's just I'm here to play football and that's it. He's not into small talk, he hates, hates all the media stuff. It's just not him. But he fakes it well.
