Well the best players at #5 are all defensive players (well except A. Cooper and K. White). If the Redskins trade back, they will likely draft a lineman, there are very good options in the middle of the first round.

With Orakpo gone and Hatcher's age, it is very hard to pass on a talented edge rusher (Fowler, Beasley, etc., etc.) or a d-lineman (L. Williams).

I was totally on board with that thought a few weeks ago.
I wanted a guard #1, but a few things changed my mind.
Orakpo is gone. If we dont replace him with a high caliber edge guy then the opponent double teams Kerrigan and we have no pass rush on either edge.

That means our offense plays catch up for the whole game.
And we suck at catch up.

Although having said that I would support a trade down if we get a substantial amount of picks for it.

Is their an OL worthy of being drafted at the #5 spot? Probably not. You don't draft for need unless it also happens to be the BPA on the board.
